Liu said, China and Thailand are good neighbors, good relatives, good friends and good partners. Last year, President Xi Jinping paid a visit to Thailand, during which the two sides announced the establishment of a China-Thailand community with a shared future. This charted the course for the development of China-Thailand relations in the new era. Currently, China and Thailand have frequent exchanges of high-level visits, with cooperation in various fields continuously being deepened. This fully reflects the profound friendship between China and Thailand as one family. China is comprehensively advancing Chinese modernization, accelerating the green transformation of its development model, and achieving high-quality development. Lying on the Indochina Peninsula, Thailand boasts geographical advantages and resource endowments, advocates developing clean energy and promotes economic recovery policy agenda. It is hoped that the two sides will turn the traditional friendship into the driving force for win-win cooperation in the new era and move forward side by side on the road of development and revitalization. The Chinese side adheres to an independent foreign policy of peace, and upholds the concept of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness. The Chinese side is willing to, together with the Thai side, strengthen coordination under ASEAN and other mechanisms, make good use of favorable conditions such as the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, and consolidate bilateral cooperation in trade, energy and cooperation at local level to jointly promote regional development and prosperity.

Liu said, the CPC maintains close exchanges with major political parties in Thailand, effectively laying a solid foundation for the construction of a China-Thailand community with a shared future. The Chinese side is willing to strengthen inter-party exchanges with the Thai side, take the important consensus of the leaders of both countries as guidance, deepen mutual learning in state governance and administration, enhance political mutual trust, and enhance friendship of the two peoples.

Pirapan said, we are very honored to participate in the reception of President Xi Jinping's successful state visit to Thailand last year. Thailand and China enjoy a long-standing friendship. And the concept of “Thailand and China are as close as one family” is deeply rooted in the people of Thailand. The Thai side admires the great development achievements the Chinese people achieved under the leadership of the CPC and the national character to defy hegemony and pursue self-improvement. The UTN attaches great importance to strengthening inter-party exchanges with the CPC. China is the first country I visit after assuming my current position. I look forward to learning experience in party building and state governance from the Chinese side, and achieve Thailand’s development and prosperity. The UTN attaches great importance to developing clean energy and helps the government to formulate relevant policies. It looks forward to strengthening cooperation with the Chinese side in the joint construction of the BRI, green energy, trade and investment, etc., to continuously improve people's livelihood and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The Thai side is willing to work with the Chinese side to further promote the construction of Thailand-China community with a shared future, and fully demonstrate to the international community the confidence and determination of Asian countries in unity and development.
