Liu said, over the past more than half a century, Asia has successfully moved towards peace, stability, development and prosperity. This is largely attributable to the regional countries' adherence to good neighborliness, openness and cooperation, inclusiveness, diversity, and seeking common ground while reserving differences. As a member of the Asian family, China actively implements the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind and the neighborhood diplomacy guideline that advocates amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness proposed by President Xi Jinping, benefits its neighbors through important initiatives such as the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), carries forward Asian values centered on peace, cooperation, inclusiveness and integration, and constantly contributes to peace, unity and cooperation in Asia. At present, the changes unseen in a century are accelerating. Standing at a new starting point towards development and revitalization, Asia faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. We must fulfill our responsibilities as political parties, develop and build Asia well, and lead regional economic integration and sustainable development, to build an anchor for world peace, a source of impetus for global growth, and a new pacesetter for international cooperation.

Think tanks scholars present said that Asia has a large population, diverse cultures and diverse economies, and has generally maintained stable and rapid development in the past few decades. Facing the complex world situation, Asian countries must continue to strengthen unity, maintain peace, and promote lasting and common development and prosperity in the region. Building a community with a shared future for mankind is an important path to jointly create a prosperous and beautiful Asia and the world. Initiatives such as the BRI proposed by the Chinese side are important international public goods, which have improved the connectivity level of regional countries and provided specific paths and measures for implementing the development visions of Asian countries. It is hoped that Asian countries will strengthen cooperation in economy, science, technology, media, think tank and etc., enhance regional influence, and work together to respond to traditional and non-traditional security threats. Asia's development is not exclusive. It always values mutual trust and cooperation among countries inside and outside the region, adheres to multilateralism, supports multilateral mechanisms, opposes hegemony and conflict, and opposes "decoupling and severing chains" and "exclusive yards with high walls". Asia builds an open circle of friends with an inclusive attitude and opens up exciting possibilities for Asia's road to balanced development, openness and integration.
