Li Mingxiang Meets with a Delegation of PFDJ Officials of Eritrea

Beijing, November 27th—Li Mingxiang, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with a delegation of officials from the People's Front for Democracy & Justice (PFDJ) of Eritrea. The delegation is led by Salh Ibrahim Mohammed, Head of Political Affairs in Anseba Zone.

Li spoke highly of the relationship between the two Parties and countries, and introduced the Chinese characteristics, scientific connotations, and global significance of Chinese modernization. He said, this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Eritrea. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Eritrean side to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Isaias Afwerki, further enhance exchanges and cooperation, and jointly elevate the China-Eritrea strategic partnership to a new level.

Salh said, the PFDJ admires the remarkable achievements of Chinese modernization. The PFDJ hopes to learn from CPC's experience in state governance and administration, and deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields to promote the continuous and in-depth development of bilateral relations.
