Liu Jianchao Meets with a Delegation of MPP Female Politicians

Beijing, November 21st—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation of female politicians from the Mongolian People's Party (MPP), led by Khurelbaataryn Bulgantuya, Chairwoman of Social Democracy-Mongolian Women's Association of the MPP and Minister of Labor and Social Protection.

Liu said, China and Mongolia are good neighbors, good brothers, and good partners. In recent years, with the strategic guidance of the two heads of state and joint efforts of both sides, China-Mongolia relations have maintained a positive momentum of development. The leaders of both countries have reached important political consensus on advancing the China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership and building a community with a shared future for both countries, outlining a new blueprint for the development of bilateral relations.

The CPC is willing to work together with the MPP to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthen experience exchanges in poverty alleviation, social security and other areas of state governance and administration, promote the exchanges and cooperation in women and other fields, and actively contribute to the building of a China-Mongolia community with a shared future.

Bulgantuya said, the Mongolian side admires the tremendous development achievements the Chinese people have made under the leadership of the CPC. Next year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and China. The Mongolian side looks forward to taking this as an opportunity to enhance high-level exchanges, deepen the alignment of development strategies, expand cooperation in various fields including women, and make positive contributions to deepening mutual trust and promoting people-to-people bonds between the two countries. The MPP attaches great importance to strengthening exchanges with the CPC and hopes to learn from China's experience in party building and state governance.
