Regardless of changes in the international and regional situations, the Iranian side remains a reliable partner for China. In November of this year, I successfully visited China and attended the 6th China International Import Expo, deepening my understanding of China. The Iranian side is willing to follow the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote the implementation of the comprehensive cooperation plan between Iran and China. It is hopedthat both sides will leverage complementary advantages to strengthen cooperation in technology, investment, finance, energy, automobiles, and other areas. Chinese companies are welcome to invest in Iran. The Iranian side appreciates the Chinese side's moral support for Palestine and its efforts for regional peace, and thanks the Chinese side for supporting Iran's accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the BRICS mechanism, which will help the two countries strengthen cooperation on multilateral platforms and provide new driving forces for the development of Iran-China relations.

Liu said, since the beginning of this year, President Xi Jinping and President Ebrahim Raisi have met twice, charting the course for the further development of bilateral relations.
