Liu said, over the past year, the two Parties of China and Cuba have actively implemented the important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and Miguel Diaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, with close exchanges and fruitful results at all levels and in all fields. This has played an active role in contributing to the development of relations between the two Parties and the two countries in the new era. In the new year, the Chinese side is willing to work with the Cuban side to give full play to the political leading role of the relations between the two Parties in the special friendly relations between China and Cuba, maintain the good momentum of high-level exchanges, carry out in-depth experience exchanges in party building and state governance and practical cooperation in various areas, strengthen cooperation and coordination in international and regional affairs, and jointly respond to global challenges, so as to make due contributions to jointly building a China-Cuba community with a shared future in the new era.

Alberto Blanco Silva said, Cuba and China enjoy a special friendly relationship. The Cuban side thanks the Chinese side for the valuable support for Cuba's just cause, and is willing to continue to strengthen friendly exchanges at all levels with the CPC, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning on the cause of socialism and the building of the communist party's governing capacity, and promote practical cooperation between the two countries such as cooperation in economy and trade, so as to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples. The Cuban side firmly adheres to the one-China principle and opposes interference in China's internal affairs by other countries. It hopes to work closely with the Chinese side on international multilateral affairs, firmly support each other, and push Cuba-China relations to a new level.
