Beijing, March 27th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with Deborah M. Lehr, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Paulson Institute.  

Sun said, the Chinese side attaches great importance to China-US relations and is willing to work with the US side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state in San Francisco and promote China-US relations for stable, healthy and sustainable development. More people from all walks of life from the US are welcome to visit China to gain an in-depth understanding of China's new development, new changes, and new opportunities, so as to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields.  

Deborah M. Lehr said, the successful meeting between the heads of state of the US and China in San Francisco is conducive to the development of relations between the two countries in a more stable direction. The Paulson Institute is willing to promote exchanges and cooperation between all walks of life between the two countries and make more efforts for the development of US-China relations.
