Chen Zhou Meets with Wojciech Zajączkowski, Director of Asia-Pacific Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland

Beijing, March 28th—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Wojciech Zajączkowski, Director of Asia-Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. Jakub Kumoch, Polish Ambassador to China, was present.   


Chen spoke positively of China-Poland relations and results of cooperation in various fields. He said, both sides should take the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Poland as an opportunity to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen exchanges and interactions between political parties, enhance political mutual trust and strategic communication, and actively support practical cooperation, so as to promote the in-depth development of China-Poland comprehensive strategic partnership. 

Wojciech Zajączkowski said, China is an influential major country in the world. The Polish side has always attached great importance to developing relations with China and is willing to continue to intensify high-level exchanges between the two countries, deepen cooperation in various fields, and promote the sustainable development of Poland-China relations.
