Beijing, April 16th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with a delegation of the Convention for the Renewal of the Comoros (CRC) led by Salim Mahamoud, Advisor to the General Secretary of the CRC.  

Zhao spoke positively of the relations between the two countries and the two Parties, and emphatically briefed on Chinese modernization and China's economic achievements. He said, the Chinese side is willing to work with the CRC to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Azali Assoumani, deepen inter-party exchanges and mutual learning, promote the alignment of development strategies between the two countries, and promote the in-depth development of friendly cooperative relations between the two countries.  

Mahamoud said, the CRC admires the great achievements of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Chinese modernization, and is willing to strengthen exchanges with the CPC at all levels, and learn from the CPC's experience in state governance and administration in an in-depth way, so as to better realize the development and revitalization of the Comoros and benefit the people of the Comoros.
