This is a special attribute of the relations between the two countries and also lays a solid foundation for both sides to strengthen unity, deepen cooperation and always remain good neighbors, good friends, good comrades and good partners. The Chinese side has always viewed China-Vietnam relations from a strategic and long-term perspective and is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to continue implementing the important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, enhance mutual learning, deepen friendly cooperation, and keep on expanding the comprehensive exchange landscape which covers a wide range of areas and multiple levels, so as to jointly push China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership to new levels.
