Singapore, March 26th—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Vivian Balakrishnan, Chairman of the External Relations Committee of the People's Action Party (PAP) and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore. Both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on China-Singapore relations, China-ASEAN relations and international and regional issues.
