Astana, March 26th—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Daulet Karibek, Executive Secretary of the Amanat Party of Kazakhstan. 

Liu said that China and Kazakhstan are good brothers, good neighbors and good partners with a shared future. General Secretary Xi Jinping and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have devoted much effort to developing China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership and promoting the construction of China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future. The China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future is based on common values, ideas, interests and pursuits, which ensure that China-Kazakhstan relations continue to move forward. The CPC and the Amanat Party maintain close exchanges and actively contribute to the implementation of the important consensus reached by the two heads of state. China is willing to work with Kazakhstan to continuously implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and the spirit of the memorandum of exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties, strengthen institutional exchanges and dialogues, make good use of platforms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Political Parties Forum and China-Central Asia political parties dialogue, expand cooperation in youth organizations, cadre training and other fields, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, and enhance mutual understanding and trust, so as to better promote the development of relations between the two countries, and safeguard regional peace and prosperity. Liu also introduced the current key tasks and strategic deployment of the CPC and the Chinese government and China's efforts in comprehensively exercising rigorous governance over the Party. 

Karibek said, Kazakhstan and China are traditional friendly neighbors, and have developed friendly and cooperative relations on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit for a long time. In recent years, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President Xi Jinping have met many times, leading and promoting the cooperation between the two countries to the highest level in history. Developing Kazakhstan-China permanent comprehensive strategic partnership is in the interests of the people of both countries. Inter-party exchanges have played an important role in promoting the development of bilateral relations. Last year, in the presence of the two heads of state, the Amanat Party exchanged the memorandum of exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, injecting strong impetus into the exchanges between the two Parties. The Amanat Party is willing to further expand exchanges and cooperation with the CPC in youth, women, think tanks, etc., and deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in party building and state governance including party building, poverty alleviation, etc., so as to make new contributions to the development of relations between the two countries.
