Beijing, April 23rd—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today on the morning with a study group of French young senators led by Olivier Cazenave, Vice President of the Prospective and Innovation Foundation.
Qian expressed that China-France relations enjoy a sound momentum of development, and both sides have continuously boosted cooperation in various fields. China is willing to further enhance communication and dialogue with all major political parties in France, so as to promote China-France relations for sustained and sound development.
Speaking positively of the great achievements China has made in its reform and opening up over the past 40 years, Cazenave expressed that France pays high attention to the important decisions of the 19th CPC National Congress, and hopes to enhance comprehensive understanding of China through this visit.
