Beijing, August 23rd—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Jibril Rajoub, Secretary General of the Fatah Central Committee of Palestine.

Speaking positively of China-Palestine traditional friendship, Li expressed that the Chinese side will firmly support the just cause of Palestine as always, and the CPC is willing to, together with the Fatah, consolidate traditional friendship, and enhance experience exchanges to promote the relations between both parties and both countries for comprehensive development.

Rajoub thanked the Chinese side for its long-term support to the Palestinian side, and noted that the Fatah attaches importance to the relations between both parties and both countries and hopes to learn the CPC’s experience in state governance and administration and promote Palestine-China cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
