Beijing, December 17th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with Manuel José Ossandón, leader of the National Renewal of Chile and Senator.

Speaking highly of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, Li, combining with CPC’s ruling experience over the past 70 years, briefed on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He said that the CPC is willing to work with Chile's National Renewal to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and build a new type of political party relationship featuring seeking common ground while shelving differences, mutual respect and mutual learning to lead the China-Chile comprehensive strategic partnership for in-depth and practical development.

Ossandón appreciated the great development achievements of the Chinese people led by the CPC and the significance of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He said the Chilean National Renewal is ready to learn from the experience of the CPC in party governance and state administration, so as to better benefit the Chilean people.
