On September 16th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held video exchanges with Patrik Köbele, Chairman of the German Communist Party. Both sides exchanged views on exchanges between the two Parties, China-EU relations and other topics of common interest.
