Beijing, December 21st—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, had a video call here today on the afternoon with Aleksei Sokol, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus.

Sun made positive comments on the achievements made in the development of relations between the two countries and two Parties, saying that the CPC is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges with the Communist Party of Belarus, implement a series of important consensus reached by the two heads of state in an in-depth manner, consolidate mutual understanding and trust between the two countries, and promote the high-level development of China-Belarus all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership.

Sokol spoke highly of the great achievements made by the CPC in leading and promoting the cause of Chinese modernization, thanked China for its long-term firm and strong support for Belarus, and said that the Communist Party of Belarus is willing to actively learn from the rich experience of the CPC in state governance and administration, implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, and push for constant and new achievements in Belarus-China relations and cooperation in various fields.
