Beijing, September 3rd—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of senior cadres of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) led by Souvanny Saysana, Vice Secretary of Bolikhamsai Provincial Party Committee and President of the People's Congress of Bolikhamsai province. 

Zhao spoke highly of China-Laos relations and the exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties. He said the Chinese side is willing to work with the Lao side to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, and build a high-quality, high-level and high-standard China-Laos community with a shared future. Zhao also introduced the main content of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Souvanny congratulated the CPC on the successful convening of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and said the Lao side is ready to strengthen exchanges of experience in party and state governance with the Chinese side, learn valuable experience from the Chinese side, and promote the development of various undertakings of the LPRP and Laos.
