Beijing, September 11th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Alberto Lombardo, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Italy, Massimiliano Ay, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Switzerland, and other leaders of left-wing political parties and think tanks of Western European countries, who were visiting China at the invitation of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Ma emphatically introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Both sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern, such as China-Europe relations.
