Beijing, September 24th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with a delegation of young cadres of the United Russia Party led by Anton Demidov, Chairman of the Young Guard of the United Russia Party.

Zhao noted, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Vladimir Putin, the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era continues to operate at a high level. Zhao also introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
