Beijing, November 19th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a training class of Latin American think tank scholars.

Ma introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, spoke positively of China-Latin America relations, and said that the Chinese side is willing to expand communication and exchanges with scholars from Latin American think tanks through multiple channels, promote the sustainable development of China-Latin America comprehensive cooperative partnership, and advance the building of a community with a shared future between China and Latin America.

Scholars from Latin American think tanks spoke highly of the great achievements of Chinese modernization and the outcomes of President Xi Jinping's visit to Latin America, and expressed their willingness to strengthen cooperation with the Chinese side, deepen exchanges and mutual learning, and contribute wisdom and strength to the in-depth development of Latin America-China relations in the new era.
