Jin Xin Meets with a Delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iraq

Beijing, March 11th—Jin Xin, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Hemin Hawrami, member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and head of the KDP's Organizational Bureau of Iraq. 


Jin spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries. He said the CPC is willing to work with the KDP to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of relations between the two Parties and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of strategic partnership between the two countries, strengthen mutual visits of delegations, deepen exchanges of concepts, expand "political party +" cooperation, and promote greater development of bilateral relations. 

Hawrami highly praised the historic achievements of the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC, and said that the KDP is willing to learn from the CPC's experience in state governance and administration in an in-depth manner, and promote exchanges and cooperation between Iraq and China, especially the Kurdistan Region and China, in various fields such as economy, trade, investment, culture, and media through inter-party channels.
