Beijing, March 18th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of Lao cadres led by Vanxay Sennhot, a member of the provincial committee of Phongsaly Province and director of the provincial academy of politics and public administration.  

Zhao highly praised the relations between the two Parties and the two countries and the building of China-Laos community with a shared future. He said that both sides should jointly implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in all fields, and work together to implement the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative, setting an example for building a community with a shared future for mankind. 

Vanxay said that the Lao side sincerely admires the great achievements made by the CPC in leading China's economic and social development and is willing to strengthen exchanges of experience in party building and state governance with the Chinese side, learn from the Chinese side's valuable experience and promote the development of all causes of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and Laos.
