Beijing, March 22nd—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Thorsten Schäfer-Gümbel, former Deputy Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and Chair of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) Management Board at request. The two sides exchanged views on China-Germany and China-Europe cooperation, as well as international situations.
