Ma Hui Meets with Valeria Csukasi, Uruguay's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

Beijing, October 31st—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Valeria Csukasi, Uruguay's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs at request.

Ma elaborated on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and said that the plenary session has made top-level designs and strategic plans for China's development in the next five years and will also inject new impetus into China-Uruguay cooperation and global development. China is willing to work with Uruguay to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields, and continue to contribute to the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries through inter-party channels. 

Csukasi expressed admiration for China's scientific formulation and continuous implementation of five-year plans. She said that Uruguay regards China as a friend and partner, and is willing to seize the opportunities brought by China's development, strengthen cooperation in various fields such as economy, trade, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and jointly promote the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations.
