On July 24th, the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) and the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee jointly held a thematic briefing on the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee in Changsha, introducing major measures to further deepen reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization rolled out at the plenary session. More than 200 guests from over 50 African countries attended the briefing.
The African representatives listened attentively to the introduction of the spirit and significance of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee provided by responsible officials of the IDCPC and experts. They said, the plenary session has drawn a new blueprint for China's economic and social development and is a new milestone in China’s efforts to deepen reform, carrying great significance for China and the world. The advancement of Chinese modernization will surely bring more development opportunities and reference to African countries. African countries are looking forward to further strengthening experience exchange in state governance and administration, jointly promoting modernization, and building a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future.
