Beijing, September 12th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with Neil Bush, the Chairman of George H.W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations. Lu introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and stressed that the Chinese side will stay committed to building a high-standard socialist market economy and promoting high-level opening up. The two sides exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and issues of common concern.
