Beijing, February 7th—Jin Xin, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Jasem Ibrahem Alnajem, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to China. 

Jin spoke positively of China-Kuwait relations. He said, China is willing to work with Kuwait to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, further strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, intensify communication and coordination on international and regional affairs, and constantly enrich the connotation of the China-Kuwait strategic partnership. 

Jasem said, Kuwait attaches high importance to developing relations with China and firmly adheres to the one-China principle. It is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges at all levels with China, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and promote Kuwait-China strategic partnership for new and greater development.
