Beijing, May 27th—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Stanislav Kankurov, Chairman of the Almaty branch of the Amanat Party of Kazakhstan. 

Liu noted that President Xi Jinping and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have established a profound friendship and high-level mutual trust, which has become an important guarantee for the high-level development of bilateral relations. China is willing to work with Kazakhstan to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, further strengthen high-level exchanges, consolidate strategic mutual trust, deepen practical cooperation, and promote in-depth and substantial development of a China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future. The Amanat Party plays an important role in the construction of the "New Kazakhstan". During this visit, the delegation of Almaty branch had in-depth exchanges and engaged in mutual learning with the Chinese side on topics such as grassroots party building, social governance, and smart city construction, which is a vivid example of the implementation of the spirit of the memorandum of exchange and cooperation between the two Parties. The CPC attaches great importance to the construction of grassroots party organizations and is willing to strengthen experience exchanges with the Amanat Party to continuously improve respective governing capabilities and levels. 

Kankurov said, this year marks the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and China. Under the leadership of the two heads of state, the permanent comprehensive strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China has entered a new "golden 30 years", and the two countries have continued to deepen cooperation in such areas as economy, trade, energy, science and technology, and humanities. The CPC is a key strategic partner of the Amanat Party. Last year, the two Parties signed a memorandum of exchange and cooperation, which became an important milestone in the history of exchanges between the two Parties. The Almaty branch of the Amanat Party is committed to deepening the cooperation between the two Parties including sub-national, women, youth cooperation, and learning advanced experience in the construction of smart cities, agricultural modernization, environmental protection and other fields from China, so as to boost local economic and social development.
