Liu Haixing Meets with Jakub Kumoch, Polish Ambassador to China

Beijing, March 27thLiu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Jakub Kumoch, Polish Ambassador to China.  


Liu said, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and Polish leaders, China-Poland comprehensive strategic partnership has maintained sound development momentum, with a solid political foundation, robust economic and trade cooperation, and close people-to-people and cultural exchanges. Inter-party exchanges are an important component of state-to-state relations. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and dialogue with major Polish political parties, deepen mutual learning of experience in party building and state governance, promote cooperation in various fields through the "political party+" platform, and drive greater development of China-Poland and China-Europe relations. 

Jakub Kumoch said, Poland and China share a long-standing history of relations. Poland values its relationship with China, and is ready to work with China to strengthen high-level exchanges, expand cooperation in areas such as agriculture, and promote balanced development of bilateral trade. Given the current volatile international situation, Poland is willing to strengthen multilateral communication and coordination with China to play a positive role in promoting the development of Europe-China relations. The Polish Embassy in China is willing to strengthen exchanges with the IDCPC to promote the development of Poland-China relations.
