October 15th--Hu Zhaoming, Spokesperson of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the announcement here today that at the invitation of the Rwandan Patriotic Front, the People’s Liberation Movement of Angola and the Chama Cha Mapinduzi of Tanzania, Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, will lead a CPC delegation to visit Rwanda, Angola and Tanzania from October 17th to 26th.
