December 2nd--Hu Zhaoming, Spokesperson of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the announcement here today that at the invitation of the Bharatiya Janata Party of India and the Philippine Democratic Party–Power of the Nation, Wang Ning, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, will lead a CPC delegation to visit India and the Philippines to promote the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee from December 3rd to 8th.
