Beijing, April 20th-- Xu Lyuping, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today on the afternoon with a cadre study group of the Jubilee Party of Kenya (JPK) headed by Senator Mohamed Maalim Mahamud.

Xu expressed that the friendship between China and Kenya enjoys a long history and becomes even newer as time goes by. Fruitful results have been achieved from cooperation between both countries in various fields. The CPC attaches importance to developing relations with the JPK, and stands ready to make joint efforts with the JPK to elevate the relations between both parties and both countries to new highs.

Mohamed Maalim Mahamud expressed that Kenya is satisfied with the sound development momentum of Kenya-China relations. The JPK hopes to strengthen experience exchanges in party building and ruling with the CPC, so as to promote the country for better development.
