Beijing, April 27th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today on the morning with a joint study group of government and Parliament of Samoa led by Gatoloaifaana Amataga Alesana Gidlow, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee for Social Sector of the Parliament of Samoa.
Guo expressed that China attaches high importance to developing China-Samoa friendship. China is willing to continuously strengthen party-to-party exchanges between the two countries, enhance political mutual trust and push for constant development of relations between the two countries, so as to benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
Gidlow expressed that Samoa speaks highly of China’s great achievements in reform and development under the leadership of the CPC, and will continue to adhere to the one-China principle and continue to reinforce friendly exchanges with the CPC.
