Beijing, December 4th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Nicolas Chapuis, Head of EU Delegation to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-EU relations, inter-party exchanges, the European and international situations as well as other topics of common interests.
