Beijing, December 5th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Rafael Dezcallar, Spanish Ambassador to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-Spain relations, China-European Union relations, inter-party exchanges, the international situation and other issues of common concern.
