Beijing, April 10th-- Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with a cadre study group of the National United Front for an Independent, Neutral, Peaceful and Cooperative Cambodia (FUNCINPEC) Party led by Deputy Secretary General of the FUNCINPEC and President of the Youth Movement.

Wang said that currently China-Cambodia relations have maintained a high level of development and the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has been constantly deepening, bringing tangible benefits to the two countries and peoples. China is ready to work with Cambodia to build a community of shared future with strategic significance, strengthen exchanges of experience in stated governance and administration and push bilateral relations to a new level.

Head of the delegation spoke highly of the traditional friendship and exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties, indicating that the FUNCINPEC will adhere to the political line of Sihanoukism, firmly pursue the friendly policy towards China, extensively publicize Cambodia-China friendship to all sectors of the Cambodian society and make due contributions to the friendship between the two countries from generation to generation.
