Beijing, June 18th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with a delegation of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the German Bundestag headed by Norbert Röttgen, Chairman of the Committee.

Guo said that the CPC is willing to continue to strengthen exchanges and dialogue with major political parties in Germany to jointly safeguard world peace and stability, multilateralism and free trade system.

Röttgen said that under the new situation, Germany and China should increase mutual understanding, take joint actions, and assume more international responsibilities to better respond to various international challenges.
