Kigali, October 18th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Francois Xavier Ngarambe, Secretary General of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF).
Guo said, China-Rwanda relations are at their best in history. China is willing to work with Rwanda to implement the important consensus of the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, strengthen the exchanges between the two Parties and deepen China-Rwanda cooperation.
Ngarambe congratulated the People’s Republic of China on the 70th anniversary of its founding and expressed that the RPF is willing to work with the CPC to enhance exchanges between the two Parties and push Rwanda-China relations to new highs.
During his visit in Rwanda, Guo also met with Olivier Nduhugirehe, Minister of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda.
