Beijing, November 19th—Li Mingxiang, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by secretary for political and foreign affairs of the Convention for the Renewal of the Comoros (CRC).

Li conveyed Minister Song Tao’s warm greetings, and introduced the development achievements of the People's Republic of China over the past 70 years and the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He said that the CPC is willing to, on the basis of independence, complete equality, mutual respect, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, build a relationship with the CRC, and strengthen exchanges and mutual learning to promote the sustained and healthy and stable development of bilateral relations.

The foreign guest spoke highly of the great achievements made by the People's Republic of China over the past 70 years and the significance of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, saying that the CRC is willing to strengthen exchanges and with the CPC, promote mutually beneficial cooperation and help Comoros realize the development strategy of "2030 Development Plan for Emerging Economies".
