Beijing, July 22nd—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of "AMANAT" Party of Kazakhstan led by Eldar Zhumagaziyev, Secretary of the "AMANAT" Party.  

Li said, at the beginning of this month, President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to Kazakhstan, during which he made new plans, and reached new consensus with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on opening up a new "golden 30 years" between China and Kazakhstan. The CPC is willing to strengthen institutionalized exchanges with the "AMANAT" Party, implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen the exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, and contribute to the development of China-Kazakhstan relations. Li introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to the delegation.  

Zhumagaziyev congratulated the CPC on the successful convening of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and expressed that the "AMANAT" Party is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, learn from the CPC’s rich experience in party building, poverty alleviation and other fields, promote cooperation between the two countries in various fields, and advance the continuous development of Kazakhstan-China permanent comprehensive strategic partnership.
