Kunming, July 24th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), attended and addressed here today the opening ceremony of the 8th China-South Asia Exposition. She emphatically introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the bright prospects of China's economy.  

Sun said, China's high-quality development has now entered a fast lane and a stable period. The third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made arrangements for further deepening reform, which will provide strong impetus and institutional guarantee for China's modernization process in the next decade or an even longer period, and will also bring many opportunities and benefits to the development of the world, especially China's neighboring countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia. China will further expand opening up and help neighboring countries achieve win-win development together.
