Beijing, August 26th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Alberto Blanco Silva, Cuban Ambassador to China.
Ma spoke positively of the special friendly relations between the two countries and two Parties. He stressed that the Chinese side is willing to work with the Cuban side to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, and contribute to the joint construction of a China-Cuba community with a shared future. Ma emphatically introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and expressed that the CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration with the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and jointly promote new progress in the socialist construction of respective countries.
Alberto Blanco Silva said, the Cuban side follows closely the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. It is willing to further learn the experience and practices of comprehensively deepening reform and advancing Chinese modernization from the CPC, and deliver greater well-being for the people of both countries through mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.
