Beijing, September 10th—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Zeljko Reiner, Member of the Presidium of the Croatian Democratic Union (CDU) and  Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament. 

Chen spoke positively of the development of China-Croatia relations and said that the CPC is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges with the CDU, jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, and constantly enrich the connotation of China-Croatia comprehensive cooperative partnership, to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples. 

The Croatian side said, sharing a long-standing friendship, Croatia and China have made fruitful results in cooperation in various areas. The CDU is willing to further strengthen friendly exchanges with the CPC, enhance mutual understanding and trust, and push relations between the two countries and cooperation in various fields to a new level.
