Beijing, October 28th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of senior cadres of the Prosperity Party led by Adem Farah, Vice President and General Secretary of the Prosperity Party of Ethiopia.

Li spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries and introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in line with the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. He expressed that the CPC is willing to work with the Prosperity Party to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, strengthen political dialogue, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, promote people-to-people and cultural exchanges, advance the in-depth development of China-Ethiopia all-weather strategic partnership, and jointly build an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era.

Adem said, the Prosperity Party admires the great achievements of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Chinese modernization, and hopes to learn from the CPC's experience in party governance and state administration, promote practical cooperation between the two countries, and push Ethiopia-China relations to a new level.
