Beijing, November 15th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the United Seychelles from Seychelles led by Patrick Herminie, Leader of the United Seychelles.

Li spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, and introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in line with the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. He expressed that the CPC is willing to strengthen high-level exchanges with the United Seychelles and deepen exchanges of experience and mutual learning in state governance and administration, promote the implementation of the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and advance the development of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

Herminie said, the United Seychelles will always be a trustworthy good friend of the CPC. He expressed the admiration for the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great achievements of Chinese modernization, as well as the hope to learn from the CPC’s experience in party governance and state administration, so as to elevate bilateral cooperation in all fields to new heights.
