Beijing, August 29th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with an economic and trade delegation led by Juan Manuel Moreno, President of the Regional Government of Andalusia of Spain. 

Ma introduced the bright prospects of China's economy together with the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and said that the IDCPC is willing to play the role of the "political party + practical cooperation" platform to promote the cooperation between Andalusia and China, and advance the development of China-Spain relations to benefit the people of both countries. 

Moreno said, the government and enterprises of Andalusia hope to seize the opportunities brought by the high-quality development of China's economy, and strengthen practical cooperation with the Chinese side in various fields such as economy, trade, people-to-people and cultural engagement, science, technology, and tourism to achieve mutual benefit and win-win development.
