Cai Fang Leads a CPC Delegation to Visit Republic of the Congo, Togo and Tunisia

From December 2nd to 12th, Cai Fang, Chief Expert of the National High-end Think Tank at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), a member of the Academic Committee of the CASS, and former Vice President of the CASS, led a CPC delegation to visit the Republic of the Congo, Togo, and Tunisia. The delegation held briefings on the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee in the three countries, respectively, which were attended by a total of about 700 participants. The delegation had extensive interactions with political heavyweights and think tank scholars in the three countries, effectively promoting the spirit of the plenary session, and exchanging in-depth views on topics of mutual concern, such as deepening experience exchange in state governance and administration and fully implementing the outcomes of the 2024 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. The African side expressed the willingness to work with the Chinese side to further strengthen political mutual trust, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, enhance people-to-people ties, and jointly advance the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, to collectively build a China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era.
