Beijing, December 24th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of Fatah of Palestine, led by Rjoob, Member of Fatah's Revolutionary Council. 

Li made positive comments on the relations between the two parties and two countries. He briefed the delegation on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. He said that the CPC is willing to work with Fatah to fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, consolidate traditional friendship, firmly support each other, and deepen the exchange of experience in state governance and administration as well as cooperation in various fields, so as to promote the in-depth and solid development of the strategic partnership between China and Palestine. 

Rjoob congratulated the CPC on the successful holding of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, appreciated the great achievements made by the CPC in leading China's economic and social development, thanked the Chinese side for its firm support for the just cause of the Palestinian people, and expressed willingness to further deepen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC and learn from the successful experience of the CPC in party building, cadre training, reform and development.
