Beijing, March 13th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today on the morning with a delegation of the Central Committee's Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). 

Zhao said, inter-party exchanges are the ballast for the development of China-Vietnam relations. In recent years, the top leaders of the two Parties have maintained close exchanges and played a guiding role in the development of the relations between the two Parties and countries. China is willing to work with Vietnam to deepen inter-party exchanges, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, and push the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future to a new height. 

The Vietnamese side made positive comments on the relations between the two Parties and countries, congratulated the Chinese people on the great achievements made under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and said that Vietnam is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in party building and state governance with China and carry forward the "comradely and brotherly" traditional friendship.
